Summary too long:

If your summary is too short or too long, the horizontal bar on the left side or top of the screen will be red. If the red passes the top line of the indicator, your summary is too long. To shorten it, ask yourself:

• Did I use any information that is not about the main topic or is not a main idea?
• Are there any details or trivial information that I could leave out?
• Are the several facts I can combine into a single sentence, maybe using a general term?
• Did I say the same information more than one time?

Once you have enough content about all the sections of the text, you may use the "Redundance" and "Relevance" buttons at the bottom of the feedback window for help in locating problem sentences.
